And for our next trick – we have the breathtaking, the beautiful, the brilliant Foxxxy Curves!

This fabulous human is also the Artistic Director of Scarlet Bell Burlesque.

They’ll be taking our audience on a sexy journey through our Glitter Crash after party on Saturday 23rd October, straight after our Gala performance.

We stole a few minutes from them to ask a few questions and all we got was a whole lot more tease:

You’re MC-ing the Glitter Crash After Party – I hope you’re as excited as we are to have you – what are you looking forward to?

I’m looking forward to letting my hair down and celebrating a sensational weekend of talent and burlesque provided by the Perth community! We are full of excitement, can have a couple of drinks and partake in the glitteriest after party Perth has ever seen!

Can we expect anything fabulous or special from Foxxxy Curves for the After party?

It’s funny you ask because I will be bringing a routine to the stage that I’m super excited about! It’s my first sing and strip number, combining my love of being on the microphone with my love of burlesque so I can’t wait to share it with the PIBF audience!

Glitter Crash’s dress code is “Glitter and Anything Goes” – any advice on dressing for the theme? What should we wear?!

Let your freak flag fly! The after party is the time for us all to let our hair down a little have a fun as anything time! Chuck on some sparkles and some sequins your Sunday best – I’ll be checking out the fabulously dressed audience while I’m up on the stage, it’s one of my favourite things to do!

What do you love about being part of the Perth arts community?

I freaking love how utterly supportive everyone is! Our community is so damn talented and I love that none of us hold back when we tell each other just how much we enjoy performances and costumes and just being around each other.

The vibe that we get and feed off it is contagious and it’s one of my favourite things. Another is just how creative everyone is with thinking of new and original ideas and looks and costumes and it’s so inspiring every single time I experience it.

And lastly, our audiences they give so much to us as performers and it’s humbling to experience. Thank you.

What tunes would you add to a PIBF road trip playlist?

That’s a tough one! I would have to add Bad Medicine; Tiger Inside by Super M and The whole Chicago playlist; and I’m in 90s Pop baby at heart (most of the time anyway) so pretty much any song from the Spotify playlist All Out 90s (especially anything by 5ive). Come to think of it maybe I missed my calling as a DJ…

Tickets are now live for the Tease Factory, Gala and the Glitter Crash after party – don’t miss out on a fabulous time, grab your tickets!
